Propel Oshkosh Young Professionals: Professional Development Fall Series Session 3

Join us for the third and final session with UWO, featuring Andy Miller, UWO Teaching Assistant Professor. This session introduces a practical change management model, such as ADKAR, that participants can use to plan for and support organizational change. Participants will explore the key elements of the model and how they can be applied to help individuals successfully navigate change. Through practical examples and discussion, participants will identify ways to use the model in their own change initiatives. This session will be held on September 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Culver Family Welcome Center. If you attend all three sessions, you’ll earn a digital badge! This event is free for Propel members and UWO students, while non-members can attend for $10. Lunch is included.
