Propel Oshkosh Young Professionals: Professional Development Fall Series Session 1

Join us for the first of three sessions with UWO, featuring Andy Miller, UWO Teaching Assistant Professor. This session introduces the foundations of change management and explores the important role people play in successful organizational change. Participants will examine how individuals experience and respond to change and learn practical approaches for preparing, communicating with, and supporting people through change. Through examples and discussion, participants will connect these concepts to change initiatives within their own organizations. This session will be held on September 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Culver Family Welcome Center. If you attend all three sessions, you’ll earn a digital badge! This event is free for Propel members and UWO students, while non-members can attend for $10. Lunch is included.
